Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to dmca@bitcoinpornsites.net that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL on this site where the material appears, so we can locate it.
• Your contact details: name, email, and address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice we review it and remove or disable the material in question within a reasonable time if the claim is valid.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the URL of the removed material, your contact details, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

We address repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis and will not knowingly keep infringing material online.
